Like any good Saturday morning, we started out with a local dive breakfast.

Then up the road to some more water; didn't have to travel far for that.

Our plan was to hit an artsy store and then down to the pier for a dolphin tour.

Dolphin tour it was. Once the boat was out a bit, the storm came in. It was a light rain, but I have a theory that the dolphins don't like to come up after the rain. The bottom picture was a dolphin...really, it was just super fast. We actually saw more the next day beach-side. Regardless, it was a great adventure for this water-lover!

By this time it was late afternoon and our breakfast was wearing off. My friend mentioned that she had not yet located bubble tea in the area, reminiscing about our college town favorite spot. Well, as you know me, that was all I needed as to an invitation and a challenge. Within minutes we had located 3 options for bubble tea and chose one which also has a lunch menu. Just as we were getting ready to pull out of the parking lot, we both realized we should probably check their hours, too. Discovering they close in ten minutes, we decided to grab a snack do some shopping and then head that way as they reopen for dinner at 5:00. It was almost as cool as the ones on tv, but was just kind of fun having never been to a Cup Cake shop. The perfect snack. Chocolate Something Something. And Lemon Raspberry.
Our time filling adventures after our snick-i-te-snacks included shopping in a deserted area, a random high-class Goodwill store (sorry, no pictures there. But there were some awesome kayaks for sale), and this local art display. Very cool.
Then we made it to the bubble tea location.
